Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs themselves.
We do not provide free return pickup or return shipping labels unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at curioocoove@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, size, or variant, you must place a new order separately after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 7β10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
